Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund der Phänomene der Digitalisierung kommt es zu einer neuen Bestandsaufnahme hinsichtlich fundamentaler Fragen rund um Organisation und Kommunikation, die letztlich zum Plädoyer für einen Paradigmenwechsel führen. Denn folgt man den Entwicklungen der Organisationstheorie und denkt sie radikal zu Ende, kehrt sich hinsichtlich von Produktion und Produkt sowie von Kreation und Artefakt auch die Beziehung von Mittel und Zweck um. Dann ist es nicht die Organisation und die Vergesellschaftung des Menschen, die uns in die Lage versetzt, gemeinsam Artefakte zu schaffen, sondern es ist das Artefakt, das dazu dient, um Menschen zusammen zu bringen, neue Fertigkeiten zu erlangen und letztlich Organisation auf dem bisher bekannten Niveau zu ermöglichen. Übertragen auf die Kommunikation würde dies auch die Idealvorstellung von Konsens in Frage stellen und hingegen der Vorstellung von Sprachspielen – wie sie von Ludwig Wittgenstein erstmals formuliert wurde – mehr Bedeutung einräumen.Zusammenfassung: Due to the phenomena of digitalisation, a new inventory regarding fundamental questions of organisation and communication has taken place, which has ultimately led to a plea for a paradigm shift. For if one follows recent developments in organisational theory and rethinks it radically, the relationship between the means and the purpose—that is, between production and the product and between creation and the artefact—is also reversed. With that relationship seen in this manner, it is not necessarily the organisation and socialisation of human beings that enables them to create artefacts, but it is rather the artefact that may serve to bring people together, enable them to acquire new skills and knowledge, and finally bring organisation to the level that we are now familiar with.
