It is the genre that provides the opportunity to enter into dialogue with contemporary positions, outlining one's own; it is something more: the best instance for the debate in which all knowledge must consist. Focused on theoretical and methodological issues, the reviews collected here, the result of fifteen years of continuous dedication to the books of others, have as their central object the constitutional and State history, from its nineteenth-century construction to the ups and downs experienced between republican systems and dictatorships during the first third of the twentieth century. A privileged place in them is occupied by the reflection on the culture of jurists, understood as a performative discourse endowed with relevant political functions, precisely in terms of the materialization of competing state projects. The distillate of this prolonged work would like to be a repertoire of useful interpretative keys to elaborate a history of the State, and of juridical thought, from critical and anti-conventional postulatesPPN: PPN: 1918618151Package identifier: Produktsigel: ZDB-94-OABNo physical items for this record
