Subject(s): Online resources: Summary: In his Zibaldone Magliabechiano (vvd. 223v-35v) Boccaccio wrote his personal rework of the first three books of Hayton's Flos historiarum terrae Orientis, renowned 1307 treatise on the crusade, soon re-interpreted as an odeporical text since few years after its publishing.
