Zusammenfassung: Monólogo de uma mulher chamada Maria com a sua patroa is a clandestinely stolen title of a text from the book Novas Cartas Portuguesas (New Portuguese Letters). The text gave rise to a show with the same name and was based on a confrontation with the first Domestic Service Union in Portugal, telling the story, little recognised, little valued, of women's work, their power to organise and demand, their subjective and objective desire for change. We are simultaneously faced with the story of the women who clean the world, the women who take care of the world, the women who produce, educate and prepare the labour force; the story and narrative of the invisible work that sets the world in motionZusammenfassung: Monólogo de uma mulher chamada Maria com a sua patroa é um título roubado clandestinamente a um texto do livro “Novas Cartas Portuguesas”.
