Por parte del voluntariado de médicos, egresados y estudiantes de las facultades de salud son acciones que más de ser altruistas; o dar cumplimiento a la promesa del médico “NO PERMITIR que consideraciones de edad, enfermedad o incapacidad, credo, origen étnico, sexo, nacionalidad, afiliación política, raza, orientación sexual, clase social o cualquier otro factor se interpongan entre mis deberes y mi paciente” (1); son acciones de buena voluntad que se acogen dadas las características de nuestro sistema de salud que tan cuestionado, criticado y a veces hasta juzgado negativamente en sus verdaderas causas no implícitas en sus acciones procedimentales, pero que se encuentran ínsitos presentes. Hoy en día las brigadas de salud se miran más con la lupa del cumplimiento a un objetivo cuantitativo de una política administrativa y gubernamental y/o indicadores de salubridad, que a veces distan mucho de la realidad social; donde las políticas de salud presentan datos de cobertura, pero que encontramos sub registros y población aún por censar y desprotegida de todo derecho en su bienestar y saludPPN: PPN: 1983985031Package identifier: Produktsigel: ZDB-94-OABOpen Access.
