Summary: Das Buch schreibt die Geschichte von Le Corbusiers erstem Mehrfamilienhaus Clarté fort. Der 1930-1932 in Genf errichtete Stahlskelettbau ist ein Vorläufer der Unité d’Habitation. Seit 2007 erfolgte die Instandsetzung der Außenhülle, anschließend wurde das Innere unter Berücksichtigung denkmalpflegerischer Anforderungen erneuert.
